An 8-day journey through Sri Lanka covering culture, heritage, wildlife, mountains and the southern coast with a private guide and vehicle. Starting in Colombo, the route takes you through the ancient city of Anuradhapura, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Kandy, up into the hill country around Ella, and down to the beaches of Galle and Unawatuna.
Along the way you will visit Ruwanwelisaya, Sigiriya Lion Rock, the Dambulla Cave Temples and the Temple of the Tooth, join an evening jeep safari in Minneriya National Park, ride the scenic train from Kandy to Ella, and walk to Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam's Peak. The tour finishes with time at Galle Fort and Unawatuna Beach.

Day 1: your guide meets you at the airport and transfers you to Colombo.
Please send your flight details and arrival time on WhatsApp before you travel.
Day 8: you are driven back to Colombo and transferred to the airport for your flight home.
Share your departure flight time in advance so the drive can be planned.

Child policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Please tell us how many children are travelling and their ages when you book, so we can plan the vehicle and hotels.
The minimum age to book is 18. Younger travellers must travel with a parent or guardian.
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
Please dress modestly when visiting temples and sacred sites: shoulders and knees covered. You will be asked to remove shoes and hats.
In Minneriya National Park, follow your driver's and the rangers' instructions, keep noise low and never feed the animals.
