1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lesgo Lanka website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use our website or book any tours with us.

2. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (in person).

• Deposits: Non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by us.
• Final payment: Must be paid before the tour starts or as agreed in writing.
• Prices: Are in US dollars or Sri Lankan rupees and may change without notice, but once you book, the price is locked.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your tour, please let us know as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund minus a small admin fee (10% of deposit).
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
• Cancellation by Lesgo Lanka: If we cancel a tour due to bad weather, safety concerns, or low numbers, you will receive a full refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We try to follow the published itinerary, but sometimes things change. Road conditions, weather, or unexpected closures may force us to alter the schedule. We will do our best to offer a similar experience. Significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa (if required), and any necessary vaccinations. It is your duty to arrive at the meeting point on time. We are not liable if you miss the tour due to late arrival.

During the tour, you must follow the instructions of your guide and respect local customs and laws. Lesgo Lanka is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your failure to follow safety guidelines.

6. Liability and Insurance

Lesgo Lanka acts as an agent for various service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not directly responsible for accidents, delays, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, photos, logos, and videos – is the property of Lesgo Lanka or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
