Lesgo Lanka is a travel agency based in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. We organise tours, rent vehicles, and help travellers explore the island. Our website address is https://lesgolanka.com (example).

2. What information we collect

When you book a tour or contact us, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, passport details (for some activities), and payment information. We also collect data from your browser like IP address and which pages you visit, but only to improve our website.

3. How we use your information

We use your details to confirm bookings, send you reminders about your tour, and give you updates if something changes (like a pickup time). We also use your email to reply to your questions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you travel tips and special offers, but you can unsubscribe anytime.

• Booking and payments: We need your info to process your reservation and collect payment.
• Communication: To answer your questions and send booking confirmations.
• Improving our website: We look at how people use the site to make it better.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Hotels, guides, and drivers – only what’s necessary for your tour (like your name and pickup location).

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your booking details for five years (for accounting and tax reasons). After that, we delete or anonymise them. If you ask to be removed earlier, we will do so, unless we need to keep some records for legal reasons.

Live chat conversations (your name, any phone or email you give us, and the messages) are stored encrypted and are automatically deleted 90 days after the conversation is resolved, or after 180 days if it is left open with no new messages.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct any mistakes, or to delete your personal data. Just send an email to privacy@lesgolanka.com (example) and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not aimed at children under 18. If a child’s information is given to us by a parent or guardian during booking, we assume consent is given.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this page once in a while. If we make big changes, we will put a notice on our website. This policy was last updated on 1 March 2026.
